I really don't mind whether you remember the title or subject or a partiular line of a poem; no need ot look them up unless you feel very dedicated; I've been meaning to do this for a while now. So. Please to be helping me out!

The hippy in my head one was the only one I could really remember without looking back. I've skimmed back and selected others I like a lot.

"Until it's time to go to slee-"
She sleeps like a baby.
That cat
Walking
What I Did Today (Jan 25th 2005)
I almost remember a night in hospital
Baby Boadicea
An epicure dining at Crewe
Stand on your mam
My little baby has standy-up legs
Lots and lots for us to do
Come here, pussycat (especially last verse)

To cut it down more, the ones that were closest to being remembered were
My little baby has standy-up legs
Come here, pussycat
"Until it's time to go to slee-"

Explanations:

"Dreaming" had a wonderfully memorable rhythm; it stuck itself in my head
"Smallest Teacher" had a brilliant last line that made it very impactful
"Headlines" was just plain hilarious
and "Unborn Baby" just felt forced, in contrast to your usual easy tone.
